    Agree bossing, kasi I can lose weight by doing a drastic diet, and myfitnesspal weight log looks like a roller coaster. I want something nga to sustain in the long run. Change of lifestyle talaga.

    I still don't do free weights boss. Puro machine. During my peak though I can remember the highest was 200 sa bp but that was a decade ago. Now I am old, fat with low metabolism, I am starting back to zero.

    Cardio does help metabolism, but if you want to do metabolism-helping workouts, I prefer lifting (safe-heavy old age we have lol) and plyometrics.

    How about kettlebells? Parang naging fad nalang siya, I don't see anyone in the gym using them anymore.
