    Is it just me? Nakakainis sa gym yun gagamit ng treadmill.. itataas yun inclination then pagkatapos, iiwan lang na ganun, hindi man lang ibalik sa flat o zero %

    Maybe it is not really an 800 calorie deficit. or kulang sa exercise to reach that deficit.

    my favorite cardio machine now is the new stair climber, 50 flights a session, in 15-20mins quota na.. i dont like using the treadmill, naiinip ako at laging crowded

    Me too.. Since it arrived at the gym, using it every night. Mukhang di nga sikat sa iba yun climber, laging bakante haha!

    I used that for a year. Ingat Mr. big coz that can injure your kneecaps lalo na pag high intensity stair climb.
