Nakalimutan ko nanga thread na to hehe, nice to see VW, Karding et al posting again here hehe, ako mga 1 year na walang workout ata bad trip...
Night: Abs are result of diet and cardio, not situps, crunches or supplements.
Cutedoc: Diet lang yan 50/40/10 diet + weights + good rest...

almost, nagstop ako when nawalan kami ng yaya, so walang magaalaga kay anak so kami lang ni misis... hehe... up to now ganun padin, pero ok lang, saya naman..
Malamang mag ho-home gym nalang ako, di na ako aalis bahay... problema ko talaga cardio, absolutely hate it... :D

problema ko din yung midsection/tiyan, lahat ata ng nakakain ko napupunta dun, my arms, and legs aren't "fatty". Do mostly cardio either baskteball/jogging and a little lifting, I cutting back on rice, mostly fish, chicken, vegetables na kinakain ko with an occational icecream, pork, pizza, etc.

ILD: That's essentially a myth (yung sa tyan pumupunta)... Fat is distributed sa body pretty equally, kaya lang mukang madami sa tyan is because walang bone structure sa mid section and wala masyadong muscle dun slow twitch muscles dun...
Eat more meals in lesser quantities, time your eating (less carbs/fat at night)...
Damn, I should practice what I preach... hehe.
