Depends..some people can tolerate it....dairy? ill direct you to rich froning...4x fittest man alive...drinks a gallon of milk a day...again...its calories in calories out...

did a stronglifts 5x5 program with extra reps last night... im wrecked!
I'll stick with this program now. I feel I get more done with this program. 5lb increments will be fun [emoji848]
the 5day split just doesnt play well with my schedule [emoji28]
