    Nervous system will be off tomorrow...will do some active recovery exercises instead, like kettlebell swings, battle ropes, farmer's walk and elastic band work..

    No one workout is effective...its still calorie counting and macro management that is king....gluten? Depends..some people can tolerate it....dairy? ill direct you to rich froning...4x fittest man alive...drinks a gallon of milk a day...again...its calories in calories out...

    consistency is key. following programs are good.

    nothing beats a good diet. but if building muscle is a concern then build build.

    did a stronglifts 5x5 program with extra reps last night... im wrecked!

    I'll stick with this program now. I feel I get more done with this program. 5lb increments will be fun Tsikot Fitness and Gym Thread

    the 5day split just doesnt play well with my schedule Tsikot Fitness and Gym Thread

    Nung na stuck ako sticking point sa squats..nag dagdag lang ako ng 200-300 cal...sa pwet pumunta papi...hindi sa tiyan..pero ok yang stronglifts..effective talaga yan
