Did 30 minute cardio, just enough to help me get to sleep. I don't wanna be dependent on antihistamines. It's my first time to exercise at night in 15 yrs or so! I made sure I don't go below 130 bpm so I stay in the fat burning zone hehe
I really miss doing weights though. But I don't wanna go to the gym anymore after my traumatic experience of having my car bumped into at the gym (and the member refusing to pay for the damage)

I was with wifey at the hospital to have our toddler checked. She has a sprained ankle so it means I have to watch over the kid. In short, nagutom ako at hindi makabili ng kahit anong meals. Sa sobrang gutong ko, kain agad ako saging pagdating sa bahay at rice. Nag-iba pakiramdam ko. Inantok ako.
I'll try it again but this I'll plan it better. Problema ko kasi kokonti pa lang yung food choices na alam ko kaya nauumay ako agad.

Did 30 mins on the treadmill this morning. Kept my heart rate between 145-153. My cardio recommends 2 hrs of cardio daily but I think I will keep it at 1 hr MAX. I get too exhausted nga after 45 mins.
I have a pair of dumbbells at home so I just did what I can since I don't have a flat incline bench
20 reps 3 sets
dumbbell curl
hammer curl
dumbbell press
side lateral
front raises
upright row
Can anyone recommend more exercises using dumbbells? Those are the exercises I know from memory. hahaha. I HATE legs BTW so no squats or lunges please

March 20th, 2017 12:25 PM #1665Push ups while holding the weights (only kung di bilog like may kanto ung plato to lay flat otherwise risky sa wrist) then pag balik sa full stretched position raise the dumbell.

Ma'am, 20 reps is too much, make it 12, and set to failure in your 3rd..

Medyo I can't imagine how to do push ups while holding weights?
5 lbs lang kasi dumbbells ko pero hirap na hirap ako sa side lateral first set of 20 pa lang So if 12 reps e 5 sets?
Thanks for these! I like the dumbbell shrug but I think I need to buy heavier weights for that. I also like concentration pero ang problema wala kasi akong bench sa bahay. I just do all my weights standing up and in front of the mirror in out living room hahaha. What I miss most about going to the gym at the machines. I like machines better than free weights.

Ma'am,
Dumbbell curl;
1 set - 12 reps
2 set- 12 reps
3rd- set to failure
Delts are not designed for heavy weights, what you can do is dumbbell partial side lateral exercise...
For shrugs, you can improvise, kuha po kayong 2 timba, dagdag-bawas ng water to fine tune the weights[emoji4]
