Flu's over, haha! Haven't step on my scale, but yeah, lawlaw pants, lawlaw shorts, pati yata undies lawlaw na rin.
Core and upper body stregnth is back (improved[emoji782]), though legs are coping up. I'm keeping my carbs intake below 20g a day.

How much meat, fat, veggies etc (in grams or kgs) do you eat in one meal?
I'm on my 4th day of keto and I have a feeling I'm not eating enough. Like this morning, nanlalambot ako pero first time ito nangyari.
I'm highly carnivourous pero nauumay na ako sa karne hahaha. Mejo asiwa din ako sa sobrang taba kasi less fat na ako before.
What snacks d you recommend?
God thing you mentioned vitamins an supplements. I have a year supply of centrum in stock.

I ate 1chicken and a half. all that juicy skin and fat dripping... 🤣 its not filipino size na giant chicken🤣 thank goodness
the fat intake keeps me satiated between meals. hence no snacks. i do finish off a meal with sweetened tea or heavy dose of coffee.
snacks will slow down ketosis?. so many things to learn.

March 17th, 2017 08:09 PM #1627well...you need to know your caloric output or base metabolic rate first, rough estimate is 12calories per pound of bodyweight if trying to lose..15 if to maintain, 17-18 if trying to gain...my fat intake is around 60-70% of total calories..if youre eating enough fat...wont have any cravings..yung fat can come from butter, coconut oil, avocado, macadamia nuts, my favorite desert is peanut butter..
