And lastly, ayaw mo na ng gym coz it's passive workout, repetitive

Iisa lang ma-recommend ko mag-tennis ka . Cardio coz diabetis. Kelangan mo ng dissipation ng energy, hence hataw the racket. Hindi ka kulang sa eneryv, tingin ko andsmi mong stored energy sa body parsng camel ayaw lumabas

Mine, nilagay ko thread mill ko sa family room para I can watch Ang probinsyano sa BIG ass tv ko... while running.. Pero hindi ko pa din magawang tumakbo.. He he
Then Yung hand grips ko.. Dala ko lagi... Hindi ko din ginagamit...
May bikes din ako.. 3types.. Mga top of the line pa... Badminton racket lahat Magandang klase... Pero hindi ko din ginagamit...
Ang problema ko talaga sir stock and OB--- energy levels...
Very low na energy levels ko...
Mahirap mag take ng vitamins.. At tatakaw naman ako.
Sunday car cleaning... Isa Lang kayang kung linisin...
before I'm only 150Lbs. 5'8" Lang Hangang sa gradual ako nag gain ng weight in the last 10years.. Now I'm 178lbs... Pero tumaas ako ng hangang 190lbs... Kaya pumayat na din ako nyan because of diabetes...
Tyan ️ok Lang....
Hindi ko talagang kayang, regularly mag exercise... Because of my energy levels...

GM punta ka UP diliman pag sunday. jogging ka dun. sundan mo lang pinaka ***y na coed na nagjojogging promise tataas energy level mo.

November 29th, 2015 11:23 AM #995My simple home gym setup. TRX and a bench and some free weights. Nothing fancy. But I use this 3x-4x a week without fail. Other days jogging for cardio. I find this quite effective for what I need. I have a trainer who helps esecially on the heavy sets where I am limitted to 4-5 reps. Am focusing on my biceps triceps for now so that's a lot of heavy lifting. Doing a ton of high rep pyramids for the rest of the muscles (chest back shoulder legs) to tone them but NOT to increase their size. Trx for core strength training but sadly I love M&Ms too much hehe.
Kakatamad minsan but I always tell myself sayang yung dating pinaghirapan if I skip the session. So that's my fuel. Mental hunger or guilt . Either way its mind over matter.

Nice place to workout-- swimming pool nalang kulang... Tapos may kasama kang naka 2 piece...
Dati i can deadlift up to 75Olbs.. Bench press ko-- 450lbs..
Warm up ko back and front chin-ups-- front 25reps 3 sets-- then back 20reps.. Cont. Yan.. Walang babaan.. Pero may spot na sa last set---
