To get big you have to eat big...and yes do your basic 3 movements...squats deadliftd and bench.

Agree on this.
To TS:
Wala namang beginner sa gym na maganda agad ang katawan. Tandaan mo, lahat nang may magagandang katawan nag-umpisa din yan sa pagiging payat or mataba.
Huwag mo munang isipin yang mga supplement na yan. Proper diet and sipag lang ang katapat niyan.

Kasi mga sir kahit damihan ko kumaen parang alang nangyayare eh tas ang kaya ko lang kainin na rice ay 2 cups lng every meal
