Yun daw grabe, yung nilalanggam na yung urine ng isang tao. Sa babae naman, they feel "itchy" (makati) in their private part. How true is this?

present! cholesterol levels ok pero high blood ako. iwas carbo and sugar nga! buti kaw pk 2 lang gamot mo! ako meron aspirin, fornidd, avandamet, crestor at norplus.

pansin ko nga! nung uminom ako ng avandamet parang lagi mataas presyon ko. that is why i also take crestor saka aspirin. medyo mahal din yun avandamet. Metformin saka solosa lang ba tinetake mo?

pero ngayon normal na lahat sa kin pati bp, gusto ko lang malaman kung walang epekto ang mga gamot na to sa liver since napakadami ng gamot ko. gusto ko sana i-lessen...

yup dalawa lang for diabetes, plus lipitor for the cholesterol. Nasa 180 plus pa rin yung FBS ko so may tweaking pa sa medication.

my FBS is 112 and my doctor said that i need not take any medicine yet? is she right?

alam ko ang limit is 140 FBS. Una ko ng pa-check is 192 FBS ko, that is why sinabi ni doc na diabetic ako tapos nung 2nd test to confirm without taking any meds umabot yata 201 FBS tapos may challenge na gagawin to confirm. Umabot ako ng 357 FBS after taking the challenge and test pero now, FBS ko is 117 to 127 na lang. Effective naman yun mga gamot kaso inaalala ko lang yun Liver ko....

Not totally diabetic bro pag may itchiness baka kulang lang hehe pero seriously minsan infection lang or ordinary UTI pag may kati at mabuti na rin magpa FBS. teka nangangati tuloy ako Pero yung nilalanggam na urine is a positive sign, yung kapatid ko nagulat ako yung towel niya na pinunas sa pawis nilalanggam sa sampayan eh ang bata pa niya, ayun mataas nga ang sugar.

kaya pa sa diet yan bro, luckily kanina lang after 10-12 hours NPO my cholesterol is at 186 (normal at 150-240) and 106 for FBS (normal at 70-110)
Normal ECG rin awa ng Diyos. ready na sa holiday.

I am. Just had my ECU last Tuesday and still waiting for the results to see how I am doing.

AFAIK, wala sa genealogy namin ang pagiging diabetic....

Pero, sa dami ng kaso ng acquired diabetes,- kailangang mag-ingat. Kaya ako ay modulation lang sa softdrinks at sa mga pagkain na maraming asukal....

juntzo: every other generation daw(?) ang mana ng diabetic. Pero ingat ka pa rin.... Better safe than sorry...

naku sir, this is soooooo wrong. Diabetes IS hereditary. kung meron both parents mo, 90% chance magkakaroon ka rin.... just a matter of time. Kelangan medyo sobrang alaga ka sa diet and exercise to avoid it.

But yeah, what's alarming is the increase of diabetics na walang family history.
