There was some roughhousing and dirty play, to be fair. Dirty play, "gulang", trash talking, "angasan", all of that is part of basketball.

But the move below is a FIGHT STARTER, guaranteed.

If you see your teammate get pole-axed like that you will lose it. No one will be "turning the other cheek". Particularly within the context of what Coach Chot mentioned in a recent interview.

This is probably why you see usually chill dudes like Jong Uichico and Jayson Castro doing hammer fists and superman punches.

Iba kasi talaga ang passion lalo pa at dala dala ang bandila ng bansa.

For those who were able to watch the game and not merely rely on reports and youtube, highly physical talaga ang laro sa umpisa pa lang at yung goulding at kickert ata yung sumiko kay pogoy, panay kantyaw at paramdam sa mga players ng gilas. Si kickert na rin ang nag escalate ng gulo eh,pwede namang itulak lang si pogoy eh,kaso ayun KO ang nangyari sa lakas ng siko niya sa mukha ni pogoy.
