    I have my doubts about these products, but I can say I've used one of those "No Approved Therapeutic Claims" products, and results have been good.

    The one I tried was Sleepasil, a sleeping aid (not a "sleeping pill" because such a term means it's a drug). The main ingredients are chamomile extract and a synthetic form of melatonin, which is a naturally occurring hormone. I had a pretty bad case of insomnia last month and it helped me regain my normal sleep pattern.

    Melatonin does work quite effectively, I tried it for a while before and got really vivid dreams that I can recollect in clarity in the morning hehehe

    Pansin ko lang sa Sleepasil, since I started taking it naging fixed na rin yung waking hours ko more or less.

    I regularly beat the 7:30 alarm clock at 6 or 6:30 on weekdays nowadays

    I've been thinking of taking it as well as I always seem to go to bed at around 2-3AM and have a hard time sleeping...

    Parang sa sigarilyo may warning na "Dangerous to your health" pero hitit pa rin ng hitit.

    I'm taking Vitamin C and VCO not for therapeutic but as supplements.
