Depends on your food choices..1pc cinnabon vs a whole roasted chicken..calories is almost the same..when i do a cut..i just eat clean and the amount of food often too much for other people...my bmr is around 3k cal, when i cut its around 2200, that consist of 1kilo of thigh fillet, 500g of sliced bananas, half a dozen eggs and sweet potatoes...again, clean food has a bigger volume than processed ones..
