How many hours do you sleep?

weekdays 4-6 hours
weekends 5-7 hours

if i sleep more than 7 hours pag gising ko sumasakit ulo ko or bigat ng katawan ko.

It gets even worse when you start dreaming of your work.

The lowest i've hit was dreaming of our weekly Credit Committee meetings and the COO questioning me on cash flow and operation cycles. That's when I started considering other employment options and soon thereafter, moved companies.
