Pero in reality alam ko naman long way to go or like what Shadow said, kalimutan na ang basketball.

Hopefully tuloy tuloy na yung program for this Gilas. Move on na talaga sa PBA stars na nagpapaka NBA na porma.

If that is true, I think that's one dumb decision. He is 22 yrs old already with a US collegiate career under his belt. Why not go pro?

Strict ang system ni Tab kasi. Dapat rotate the ball, may play lagi. Kay Tab kasi, di pwede laro ni Kobe na gun slinger. Dismayado ako dyan sa UP, parang dapat kanya lagi bola.

yezzir. ags dati si kobe together w/ the gomez - de liano brothers. nakatapak pa nga ng freshman year iyan siya sa ahs before transferring to lsgh along w/ his brother.

ok naman si kobe pero pangit lang talaga sistema sa up fighting maroons. their coach bo is an advocate of iso plays kaya ayon, hindi ma-maximize ang line-up. perasol did the same thing during his stint w/ the blue eagles kaya hindi na-follow-up iyong achievements ni coach norman black and his crew.

word is though, coach bo perasol is on his way out of the brain trust of up-d.

Yes, he can still play for 2 years sa Ateneo (I remember he flew to Manila as early as 2 years ago)

he's going to learn a lot more under coach tab. one more year of tutelage under baldwin will make him more prepared for his date w/ international ball. you can't go wrong w/ that.

tingnan mo naman results, ang layo ng improvement niya compared to his days at cal state fullerton, cal poly pomona and during his 1st stint w/ gilas last year. dati ang daming holes ng laro niya, ngayon eh halos complete na ang game niya. most notably ang court vision na tinutukan ng gilas coaching staff na ngayon mas well developed na.

and dati he was very meek. too quiet on the court nga daw for one assuming a leadership role. iyan pa ang isang aim nila ma-develop sa psyche ni ramos na kulang pa daw
