Being a Celtic fan, let's not blame the injuries for the our loss to LA last June, it comes with the game. The momentum was on our side, we could have finish off the Lakers in 5 if not for Fisher's game 3 heroics. Let's all just hope that Boston could stay healthy and if we could make a return trip to the finals they can annex "Banner 18" to the rafters. Cheers.

With respect to your opinion Vito, the Big 3 of Pierce, Allen and Garnett are aging "yes" but they are still tough to beat on any given night. You don't see this formula working all the time, each one is sacrificing personal stats just wanting to win for the team.

The LA team of 69 was very confident of beating Boston in the finals because of an aging team lead by Russel but as history would have had it LA lost to Boston in 6 and what better place to win it all (LA Forum).

The Celtics are done with frustration, since the loss of no.2 pick Len Bias in 86 up to the retirement of Bird, Mchale and Parish, the forgetful years of 92 to 2006. It's time for the Celtics to move on and continue the tradition of winning.

Excuses and more excuses... Only losers make excuses... Same can be said in 2008 with Andrew Bynum... Of course Phil Jackson didn't complained about it...

Agree with your opinion Archie, the Celtics are a better team - - - "for now", because we have 17 world titles versus 16 (LA has 11) 5 of them were won when the franchise was still located at Minneapolis. Boston holds the record against the Lakers in finals matches 8 - 3. Again these are just figures that will be broken or extended.

si kobe ang nauna kayang magsalita.. (2007-2008 Finals)he said that the finals' story would have changed if bynum was there..

akala ko nga champs na ulit nung last season.. tinambakan na eh.. naging bato pa.. hindi na nakaka-convert ang celts nun.. sinadya kasi ni bynum ma-injure si Perk eh!! hahahahaha.. jowk lang..

pero ngayon tingin ko.. battle of the big men in the paint na lang ito pagdating sa playoffs at finals.. everybody should be healthy comes playoffs and for the finals...

go for the 18th title!!!
