    Elton Brand News

    Oct 6 Brand is in peak condition, having added muscle to his 6-8, 254-pound frame while working with team trainers in the off-season, the Los Angeles Times reports.

    Recommendation: At a dinner meeting after last season, Brand sought Coach Mike Dunleavy's insight and told him he wanted to put more on his shoulders. "He rattled off about three or four games [last season] when he made mistakes that were costly to us that I had forgotten about a long time ago," Dunleavy said. "He said, 'I'm trying to get to the point where I'm the guy who doesn't make mistakes, and then I have the right to be more vocal.' It's a great attitude and a great statement by him from the standpoint of understanding about leadership. He had already been in the gym, just about every single day, getting in shape."

    ingat lang kay Diogu...the reason he's ranked so highly is because of a strong summer league showing. he hasn't done anything against real nba players yet, and i'm not sure what GS is going to rotate him, Murphy and Foyle (andun pa ba si Cabarkapa?). of course you got him off waivers so low-risk ka at least

    I'm a little weak in the up front (unless Al Jefferson / Dwight Howard have atleast a 15pt 10reb seasons) My strength is in the wing/backcourt with Billups/McGrady/RJ/Ridnour/Iggy/ and hopefully a breakout season from Livingston.

    For me the Team to beat is Kimpoy's 3Ballistics = With Shaq/Sheed/KG upfront and Hinrich/Allen/SJax in the backcourt.
