Meaning, kung si Ungas #1 priority and he picked up a guy, does #2 (baiskee) get first shot sa next guy in waiver?

Meaning, kung si Ungas #1 priority and he picked up a guy, does #2 (baiskee) get first shot sa next guy in waiver?

yes. after ungas exercises his #1, he gets his guy and then is given the #12 priority. baiskee then becomes #1 until he exercises his rights, then he drops to #12. and so on.

so only way na maunahan si bai kung agawan siya ni ungas dun sa player.

siempre kung FA yung kinuha mong player (not on waivers) your priority remains unaffected.
