Business is business, that's the bottom line. Professional naman lahat yan eh.
Between IS and Irving. I'll take Kyrie all day.

August 24th, 2017 12:51 PM #282I get that. No loyalty in sports nga kuno. But in a league where fringe superstars are all getting max contracts, sobrang napaasa at naiwan lang sa ere si IT ng team that he genuinely helped get better. Always the trade chip, not the prize.

Alanganin pa Irving-Thomas trade. Mukhang bagsak sa Physical si IT.
Goodbye max contract. Yan sinasabi ko pag midget bugbog katawan.
If he needs operation for his hip wala na.
Sabi kaya ayaw niya pa operate dahil he'll be regarded as damage good.

Dont know why IT opted out of surgery. May after effects ba ang hip surgery?
Sa tingin ko mas mainam sa career nya ang non max contract kasi once dumating na sya sa point na a step slower na sya, he will be a waiver candidate just like dwill. Kung medyo team friendly ang contract nya, teams will line up for him to be an off the bench microwave scorer.

August 26th, 2017 06:30 PM #288Can't wait for the season to start!
I'd like to share this cute tiers for teams: Ranking NBA teams by tiers for the 2 17-18 season
My manalo-o-matalo team falls under the "Tank Candidate" tier
The Los Angeles Lakers have no reason to tank and are one of the league’s ***ier bottom-feeders thanks to the arrival of Lonzo Ball and all the buzz over their 2018 free agency plans, but take all the hype away and this team’s newcomers (Brook Lopez, Kentavious Caldwell-Pope and four rookies) probably aren’t good enough to earn L.A. a playoff spot unless Ball and Brandon Ingram make immediate leaps to stardom.

August 26th, 2017 07:20 PM #289Here's to back this up: Isaiah Thomas''' Hip Injury Reportedly Could Void Kyrie Irving Trade to Celtics | Bleacher Report
Maybe this is why the Cs were quick to pull the trade trigger; and/or why they included that unprotected 2018 pick from Brooklyn...

August 27th, 2017 06:44 PM #290Kyrie Irving Reportedly Nearly Traded to Suns in 3-Team Paul George Deal | Bleacher Report
...the Cavaliers were "close" to shipping Irving to the desert in a three-team deal with the Indiana Pacers that would have sent Paul George and Eric Bledsoe to Cleveland.
As part of the framework, Channing Frye would have joined Irving in Phoenix, while the Pacers would have acquired the Suns' No. 4 overall pick that turned into Josh Jackson, as well as Jared Dudley and Iman Shumpert.
Good one. Ha ha!
