Most probably a busted main water line somewhere deep underneath. There has been a depression there for the longest time. Finally broke through.

April 15th, 2024 11:36 PM #1695Sinkholes are ninjas. Unless you regularly test (using sonar? ground penetrating radar?) they happen with no warning, and usually there's no reason to test naman.
Having good construction might make it even worse because the road doesn't collapse until the sinkhole is really large.

I remember passing sales road last good Friday and there was a construction going on along that stretch. I'm not sure if that's the exact location though.
