AllTV in tatters: Willie Revillame quits after giving Manny Villar ultimatum after his show got stuck in limbo

Babbler said Revillame reportedly got tired of being given the runaround by AMBS which has yet to come up with a game plan for AllTv.

Villar suspended the airing and production of Revillame’s show – including the programs of Toni Gonzaga and the trio of Ruffa Gutierrez, Ciara Sotto and Mariel Rodriguez – last February due to mounting production costs, poor ratings and measly revenues. The shows were on air for only five months.

Revillame did not renew his lucrative contract with Gozon in February 2022 claiming he wanted to be a major executive of AllTV and he could not turn down Villar’s invitation because of “utang na loob.’

PALakasan! Lucio Tan’s airline accused of bumping off passenger from Bali flight for celebrity

Philippine Airlines (PAL) is in hot water yet again due to horrible customer service.

A woman named Anna Karina Antonio fumed at the Lucio Tan-owned flag carrier for allegedly bumping her and her daughter off from their flight to Bali, Indonesia on April 1 for a “celebrity family” who reportedly wanted better seats on the plane.

“From what I heard – one of these celebs bought an economy ticket and didn’t want to get seated all the way in the back or at the exit row… so the PAL Supervisor decided to upgrade him. WOW,” Antonio wrote in her now-viral Facebook post.

“And you think a free ticket will appease me? NO WAY!!!! What I want is to be on this flight with the rest of my group!!!,” she added. “What gives you guys the right to just bump us off without even a notice just because a family of celebrities are on the same flight????????”

Antonio managed to get on the plane because another pair of passengers accepted PAL’s offer to skip the flight in exchange for free roundtrip tickets.

Facebook users urged Antonio to reveal the celebrity’s name in the comments section of her post.

“Please name the celebrity! Para mawalan ng followers and will serve as a lesson!,” one commenter wrote.

“So unprofessional,” another added.
