mas na-impress ako kay monfort kagabi. natigil niya si castro at si alapag sa crunchtime w/ his wiliness and tenacity. nawala tuloy iyong flow ng systema ng tnt. it's almost sad to see coach norman's former pitbull in ateneo turn against him (in the court).

nagkakamot siguro ng ulo si urbiztondo ngayon. si emman ang naging favored point guard ni toroman sa redbull dati kaya siya na-trade dati, ngayon naman mukhang baka supplant nanaman ni monfort si josh sa rotation

FORMER two-time PBA MVP Danny Ildefonso is playing the waiting game as the Meralco Bolts are not making any move as of the moment to offer him a contract this season.

Ildefonso’s longtime agent, William Ong, bared this to Spin.ph, saying the former Petron big man, who turned 37 on Sunday, is simply keeping himself in shape by going to the gym regularly.

“Ever since wala namang problema sa fitness kay Danny eh, di naman siya umiinom,” said Ong during the game between defending Philippine Cup champion Talk ‘N Text and Barangay Ginebra.

Ong said negotiations with Meralco management isn’t moving for now because the Bolts are still waiting for the status of injured veteran forward Kerby Raymundo.

The 6-5 Raymundo, acquired by Meralco during the offseason in a straight swap with Barangay Ginebra for big man Jay-R Reyes, has yet to play a single game for the Bolts this season.

He is still undergoing rehab on his left knee, which he injured prior to the start of the Governors Cup last season while he was still with the Gin Kings.

“Hopefully nga, pero wala namang promises ang Meralco. We’ll just wait and see,” Ong added on the status of Ildefonso.

The former National University star became a free agent on November 30 after Petron management decided to let him go . He had career-low averages of 1.2 points, 1.5 rebounds and 0.5 assist in just 14 games last season with Petron.

He’s coming off a successful shoulder surgery early this year while serving as Petron’s young center June Mar Fajardo’s mentor.

wala, natabunan nanaman yun kabulukan ng coaching staff ng Ginebra dahil nanalo..tuwang tuwa mga tagay dahil panalo pero ganun pa rin walang sistema ginebra walang plays, puro pick and roll or dribble dribble hanggang maubos oras tapos alahoy na tira na lang or one on one...sus

last play was for Japeth to go HARD to the basket, akalain mong naubos oras kakadribble ng guard buti pumasok tira...kung puro ganyan hinde pa rin mag champion yan...parang team pa rin ni Jawo, fan favorite na hinde mag champion...

sa totoo lang underachievers mga Ginebra. ok na sila as fan favorite kahit walang championship..pwe!

agree ako sa inadequacies ng coaching staff ng ginebra. as good as ato was a player, iyong street style niya baka kapusin din sa huli kasi nga parang wala ngang sistema ang offense nila. by design kaya iyan ever since (jawo's time)?

actually, kung hindi lang kanila tenorio, slaughter, aguilar, at monfort, hindi ko din susundan ngayon ang trajectory ng ginebra

as for toroman, well ayaw ng pros ng grueling training style nila. ika nga niya, hindi niya daw maturuan ng bagong training style iyong mga tumanda na stars sa pba. sayang din talaga ang pag-alis ni coach rajko

Perfect time for toroman to coach ginebra, puro bata na mga players. Yun mga oldies na ayaw sumunid ibangko na or trade ilan years na lang playing years nila.

Walang disiplina mga players ng ginebra, even the greatest of all time arguably, Michael Jordan played in a system of bulls.
