answer is both yes and a no.
Yes if your power factor is around 0.80
- based on the zone and location pero nowadays all Pf is around 0.93~0.99
- most likely effective in condominium units that have their electricity bill being billed by Admin and not by Meralco (old school)
- might be effective for condominium units that have their electricity being billed directly by Meralco (note might be)
- most likely effective if your zone is within industrial parks like Imus, Batangas, Laguna and et.al.
*** the best way is to check the power factor, if you do not have power quality analizer (which is mahal) pwede din i-try bumili nito sa ace at around 1500 petot then bili ka clamp meter. dapat pagsaksak mo bumaba ung ampere reading. paghinde you probably have a good power factor. ibigay mo na alng sa ibang nangangailangan.
No - most if not all residential complex old or new is already on a separate circuit therefore power quality already improved, like me in cavite "Camella" i bought one to try and to no avail it wont change my ampere reading so it means no effect on my consumption.
Hope this will help.

I was able to talk to the owner of heateac a foreign owned and based co. Ang product nya water heater...
good for malalaking bus. Lang daw.. it saves daw up to 80 percent on electricity.
mag Roi Ka daw in less than 2yrs..applicable daw sa mga hotels... chicken dressing plant, basta anything na kailangan ng hotwater
First in the phils. And ....its a new invention.. sabi ko nga applyan namin ng patent..
Subok na daw product nya sa malaysia and Brunei... he's looking daw for partners here in the phils.
Yung water heater nya produces cold air... nakatipid ka na sa heater nakatipid ka pa ulit sa aircon mo... they will just add ducts.. sa exsisting a.c. mo...

Boss calorifier yan kung hindi ako nagkakamali. Combination of water cooled (via heat exchanger) and air cooled condensing unit na ac yan. Ang application sa hotel to limit the use of boilers of as much as 60% giving big amount of savings sa fuel consumption nito. Hehehehe.
Ingat pala mga sir sa solar water heater ha. May kulang minsan sa data na binibigay ng sales agent para magka savings ka eh.

Pero IMHO, para makatipid ka sa electricity lalo is to invest in new technology. Like ref may inverter series na din parang aircon. Electric fans, nowadays most are using smaller wattage motors compared sa dati with higher air volume. Similarly sa electric stove may induction. Sa tv may led na. Almost all appliances now are energy saving/efficient na.

So what's wrong with increased coolant concentration? The cooling capacity mostly comes from water,...
