September 28th, 2008 07:34 AM #4173I just wanna share. We went to Seven Corners restaurant in Crowne Plaza last night to have dinner. I parked in basement 3 and when I was about to trigger the alarm, it didn't want to work anymore. No matter how many times I pressed the remote, it just didn't want to trigger. There were also 2 other car owners who came out of their cars and maybe my alarm got confused because of the other frequency. I used the manual method of locking. We left around 11 pm and good thing it already worked when I used the remote in opening it.

September 29th, 2008 09:36 AM #4175*romel.krypton: Sir, in order for you to attach photos here, you must first register in a photo hosting website which in my case, I used www.photobucket.com. Take pictures of you car and upload them in your PC. Once you have already them, upload it in that site then copy the link in box that says "Direct Link" and on the tsikot website, go to post reply and click the "Insert Image" button and paste it there.
The difference in prices there as compared to here is perhaps due to the shipping and handling charges especially if those accessories will come from Manila too. Sir, what do you mean by fender cover? Could you please post a picture of it? You should've asked them if that would fit in the 08 Dmax. Or call them and ask them if you could return it since it didn't fit in your truck or maybe there are shops there who could make it fit.
With regards to the covers of those screws, I sure hope that there will be a remedy for that since I find it unappealing too.
The back up sensor, I tried to zoom the picture from auto-searchphilippines website and it looks like they put it in the plastic part beside the stainless. Here is the picture:

I placed back up sensors of my dmax. Placed it in the plastic part. Been using it for almost 3 years. No problems so far just make sure na pulido yun gagawa.

^^ Have you tried asking your dealer to give you the covers? Your truck is brand new so they should provide all lacking components. These things happen.
I removed mine kasi natatanggal whenever I clean my interior, not perfect fit kasi eh

October 1st, 2008 02:23 PM #4180*x_jason_x: Where did you buy your sensors and what brand, if you could still recall?
*st_omach: I just hope that there is a remedy for that... By the way, how's your truck doing so far, maam? Have you put any accessories in it already? Mileage?
*Memphis Raines: I just don't have any idea what's their reason for not putting covers on those bolts. To make matters more interesting, they put a cover on one bolt, but they didn't put on the other one - this on on both front seats. It's so weird. Maybe if we put covers on those bolts, we'll end up removing it too since I feel that it will not be a perfect fit. The covers on the other bolts look fit though.
薄利多销 or what was it they called it?
