Those on Fibr plans, have you ever reached a certain monthly data cap in which PLDT started throttling down your bandwidth?

Just to put it out there, we average 3-4 TB a month and we have never, to the best of my knowledge, been subject to their FUP cap.

Just today, I talked with a PLDT CSR, I was asking her why my PLDT 3695 business plan only hits 7.5mbps on average, and hits 10mbps at most(rarely), while she was informing me that my plan should peak at 21mbps. Then she said that I just need to request for a " speed alignment" so that I'd get 21mbps. Anyone here heard about such thing? 2 days daw turn around time sa request ko, well, let's wait and see.

Something similar happened to me pero Globe to. Lumagpas kami sa limit a few days before refresh so we got FUPed. After the refresh napansin ko na mabagal pa din. When I reported the issue the CSR said na baka out of sync ang account ko. I was assigned a ticket and told to wait a few hours while they forwarded my complaint to the back end group. Umayos naman.

Yun mga madalas magka problema pangit yun area nila. Seriously, parwng mga apartment na nasa mga maisiskip na kalsada kaya siguro lagi nasasabitan ng trucks yun mga fiber cables.

Basta yun mga lugar na naka dsl dati na laging ninanakaw yun copper wires. Doon din laging meron problema.

Nababasa ko lagi na meron issue eh Caloocan or Valenzuela

Matino naman area ng friends ko lalo na kay crush. Kasi sa application sabi friend ko parang ayaw ng subscriber, hindi sumasagot sa phone lol. Pero yun nga, happy sila. Alam ko marami na naka converge, ako na lang loyal sa pldt hahaha

So far, PLDT Fibr in our area has been super stable <knock on wood>. The ONLY time the LOS light came on since the line was put up in 2017, was a week ago, where some unscheduled maintenance was done in our area. Even so, our connection was only down for exactly 40 minutes.

mag 6 months palang yun sa amin bro, originally 15/15mbps, pero laging 10-12mbps lang both download and upload

1 month palang naman nung nag upgrade kami to 30/30
