Same sa amin. ginawa na nila VDSL yung line and modem from ADSL. Mas better na rin modem/router nila ngayon, dual band na, meron na 5G.

Mas gusto ko yung Dsl basta yung Vsdl pantay yung upload at download na non hindi kase basta nasisira at sensitive gaya ng Fiber.

2160p would be a breeze. 1TB monthly usage?

It's been a while since I tested my Internet connection. I'm still okay with the original 50 Mbps I signed up for. I don't game online and I don't stream much. But, the speeds at my Internet package have gone up and I got dragged along. No complaints so long as I don't pay extra. The only change I made is get rid of the monthly 2TB cap because the other three family members love their Korean and Chinese soaps.

2TB/mo sounds a lot. But, yeah. We're exceeding it.

Kung kaya na yan, usually pwede ka na magupgrade to 50mbps. Ganyan sakin.

Mine has gotten free upgrades as well. Back in 2014, it was 50 Mbps. Last year, it doubled to 100 Mbps. Now? I'm happy with the mid-pack option.

Our ISP also upgraded our internet speeds. Thankful for that given that my wife and I will be working from home for the next few months.

For many users, uploading files is quite a bit slower than downloading files. This is usually normal, because most high-speed Internet connections, including cable modems and DSL, are asymmetric — they are designed to provide much better speed for downloading than uploading. Since most users spend much more time downloading (which includes viewing web pages or multimedia files) than they do uploading, high speed Internet providers have designed their systems to give priority to downloading. So if your upload speed appears to be slower than your download speed, this is probably expected. - yan din explanation sa amin before. I don't know with 5G but I suppose it's gonna be the same.
