We were supposed to get Converge but ultimately went with Smart Bro LTE because at the time, noone was on Converge yet.
I had qualms with their claimed speeds since it's not their hardware, but now it seems that they're the ones that offer the most consistent and cost-effective internet service in the metro.

I guess my uncle got a speed boost with his ISP. It's probably a little slow still if combined with Roku watching plus a bunch of relatives accessing the Internet all at once.

Smart 4G LTE:
Okay sa olrayt na sana yung speed, kaya lang it's data capped. Kahit yung unli kuno eh capped to 800MB lang. After that, can't even finish the speedtest due to the severe throttling.

^LTE is speedy indeed and for that reason a data capped promo can be enjoyed only for a short while, thats why when im on a LTE network i always prefer a time based promo such as FLEXITIME

Hi,
I'm considering moving now to SkyBroadband 32Mbps or 64Mbps, would appreciate any feedback of current users of SkyBroadband. I presently have 5Mbps PLDT DSL, and need to get higher plan of 15Mbps or better. But the next plan of PLDT is 15Mbps at P3499. It would have been great if fiber is available as PLDT Fibr 50Mbps is only P1899. Unfortunately it is not available in my place.
So would appreciate feedback of SkyBroadband users, especially on 32Mbps or 64Mbps plan. Before I make the switch.
Pls provide your feedback as follows, for example:
My broadband plan: PLDT DSL 5Mbps at P1699
Reliability: ~2days outage in a year
Average Ping/DL/UL: 20ms/5Mbps/1Mbps around 90% of the time
Would appreciate. Thanks a lot.
