At work, we have a 11ac connection and I usually get more than 300Mbps down.

LTE/4G are not wifi network.
And yes, ZENMasterTYL is correct. Theoretical speed is 1Gbps but in reality, you don't get that speed.

Here's is my internet speed when I plug the ethernet cable (not wireless). I'm using my other MacBook Pro with 10.8.4 OSX and Chrorme.

ZenMaster - although 11ac is starting to get traction, it is not that popular yet. Not many computer have 11ac's at this point.

Here's my setup at home - all of them are still running 11N's both 2.4Ghz, 5Ghz and a guest network for "unwanted" guests, lol.

I'm getting an average 7.5 - 8 mbps on PLDT myDSL plan 3,000 (5 mbps). On certain occassions, it peaks to 9 mbps.

crap, i average about 2.5mb/s DL speed on Globe 3mb/s plan P1100 something per month
