Done this a month ago and believe me after nilang install the china made Aztecs DSL 5001en wirelessN modem router,mapapa mura ka sa tagal ng dating ng internet connection :diablo:

Bad thing about globe is the speed suddenly drops to almost nothing every now and then during your use, for no apparent reason..

OT:
Anyone here who has successfully configured a tplink combo modem/wireless router for globe? I was trying for the past couple of days.. The bridge PPoE LLc is up but no internet access..... Vpi 0 and Vci 35.... Strange..I remember some months ago, they reset something and my oem modem/wireless router did not work for a while.... thanks in advance....

Speedtest is instantaneous & never continuous, so its only valid immediately aftr the click of the mouse. This is the reason why i dont bother with this speed test thing. I monitor network speed thru thorent app instead, it provides more accurate continuous speed reference

Throttling internet access speed is a common practice whenever the provider experience network congestion during peak hour

If may coverage ng LTE sa place niyo sir pwede niyong itry yung Smart LTE prepaid 999 for 1 month. Wala siyang bandwith cap. Bale bili lang kayo nung LTE stick tapos ikabit sa 4g router.

Make sure lang na ang coverage ay 80-100% signal reliable yung area ng apartment / condo / bldg na kakabitan. Take a survey muna sa area.

Ok ba ang BayanDSL? Kasi when i speedtest laging BayanDSL ang closest server sakin. So im choosing between Bayan or PLDT.
