I know my Belkin Wifi G router has it in the administrator settings. Not sure about other wireless routers.
I found out about it while trying to find a fix for YouTube videos only loading halfway using wireless routers. While searching for a fix, I do recall reading some other wireless routers may have a turbo setting as well. I don't think there's a turbo mode for wired routers like my two Linksys.

My ISP is normally down early Sunday morning for a couple of hours. Maintenance, I guess.

sa pldt ko naman pinakamataas 730kbps hehe
Sir, share ko lang po...speed tests are not reliable since this would vary on the route taken by the ISP going to the speed test server. Most reliable would be using network meters then shareware para makita talaga yun average utilization ng internet.
Share ko lang po mga sir, konting additional knowledge lang po..
******* download speeds peak at 150 kb/s.
I was just wondering, bakit ganun, pareho lang binabayaran namin sa internet ngayon and dati (about a year ago) pero bumilis yung internet ko. Dati max na yung 50 kb/s download speeds.
