    PLDT myDSL, pinakamababa lang kinuha namin, Plan 999. Ok na rin, at least faster than dial-up. Nakakawili mag-download ng *******s. :D

    Hmm, that's probably your local connection speed, eg. Ethernet card to modem.

    Try using a few web based bandwidth metering tools like http://www.2wire.com/bandwidth/meter.php
