For 23K i would reco the z1 instead. Waterproof pa and premium feel. The S5 is not revolutionary kasi outside the waterproof/dustproof na new tech nila. Pero if you want the latest, then wait for LG G3 sa May para may z2, s5 at g3 ka na puwede i-compare before buying. May new one din HTC coming out soon.

21k actually yung s4. pero non lte ata to? not sure. i would suggest note 3 kaysa s5. mas ok pa rin note 3. nasa 26k mark na

I don't use smartphones. Still my 3 year old dual SIM Nokia 101 with a Globe and a China Mobile roaming SIMs.
