Android 4.3 will be announce by Google sometime next week! Hopefully they will roll it out to HTC One also.

Nothing really spectacular about it though. It is just an equalizer tweak making the high and the lows prominent versus the prominent mids of the "Normal" setting. That's why it's called Beats audio "Profile."
