    I'm just wondering, yup know how sucky it on the Philippines when it comes to warranty and outright replacement. I wonder how easy or hard it is to replace note 7 here? In telecoms and in stores?

    Mabilis ang samsung and lg, samsung took a week to repair a friends note5.

    Even in other countries one week or so. Daming shipments ng samsung daily...

    Yung nga announcement nila ng dates nagagawa naman nila within the week. Like sabi oct 1 ang start ng replacement, dumating na sakin ng oct 5. Ayos naman

    CNN tested water resistance of both S7 and iPhone 7:

    iPhone 7 vs. Galaxy S7: The underwater challenge - CNN Video

    Di kaya masama lang bagsak nung S7 sa bottom kaya pinasok ng tubig?

    They should've delayed the release of the Note 7. Not nearly enough testing done. But Samsung will bounce back. They come up with new phones every year anyway.

    I thought so too, with iphone only rated ip67 vs S7's ip68 it seemed like the S7 would come out on top. In the vid on TV though it looked like the S7 hit the bottom of the pool really hard. I didn't notice if the iPhone also hit the floor that hard.

    My replacement unit so far is working fine. I havent received any offer for a refund but I would take it.

    On the original units, up to 60%. No cap on the replacement and the battery icon is green.
