try changing to a different server. The ones in Singapore, Hong Kong and Australia have lower pings, typically under 150. I usually play at SGDOD server with the handle "Major Pain". My speciality, sniper.

galing! meron din pala ibang mech players dito. i've been playing this series since Battletech: Crescent Hawk's Revenge on DOS! and hindi ko lang nalaro is the Black Knight add-on and MechCommander 2.

grabe yang crescent hawk's revenge na yan. hehehe. never finished the star room, nafrustrate nako dati.

yung battletech 1, yung before CHR, ang hirap ng clan enemies dun. :lol:

kainis yung madcat sa mechcommander series. anlakas niya nung 1 tapos sa 2 eh olats siya.

Ayoko ng Mech Commander series. Naiba yung controls ng mechs. Realistically yung MW3 ang pinakamahusay. Gameplay wise, MW4 series.

Similar game na nalaro ko is Heavy Gear (1 and 2). Mastrip ko yung 2, parang counterstrike yung controls sa mouse tapos reflexes ng human imbis na robot.

They're actually different genres. MechCommander is an rts, sort of, while MW3/MW4 are more like first person/sim.

inaabangan ko ngayon Comand & Conquer 3: Tiberium Wars due for release Q1 of 2007. Ganda ng mga screenshots sa gamespot ehehe, saka proportioned na ung mga units sa isa't isa(i think hehehe). The return of Kane!!! GDI vs NOD!!!

I'm hooked on Wing Commander, Sim City, and Command & Conquer.

Has anybody played DeathTrack? You get to drive a fast car on the race track. You can either overtake them, or use your weapons and simply blow (or ram) them off the road.

Something out of Mad Max or Death Race 2000...but I do enjoy the CARnage.

A while ago, I (plus several other "older" guys) took a pretty bad pasting from our teenage nephews over Battlefield 2. I logged off. The trash talk was too "deafening" We'll get back at em when we visit over and play Pacific Fighters over the LAN.

We're thinking of adding the Desert Conflict mod since we were all fans of the Desert Combat mod for Battlefield 1942.

It'll be a while before I try other games. By the time I have enough time to play say, C&C 3, it'll be $19 at the bargain bin. The plus side is, I don't have to upgrade my X800XL for a while.

May libreng version pa pala ang FEAR na PC game called "FEAR COMBAT". Free download daw ito sa main website and you don't need the original CD daw to play (basta just register) and you can play right away (from what I've heard).

Anyone try that game yet?

I've heard a lot of positive praise regarding the "EMPIRE EARTH" series (from 1 to 3). Most massive strategy game daw ito (in terms of number of epochs and number of civilizations) or so I've heard.

Anyone played that game series here?
