everyone knows how cheap those watch batteries are.
i am paying the guy a hefty amount to replace my watch battery, because
i do not have the equipment and skill, necessary to safely open and close my watch, to keep it waterproof still, and without scratching it. it's not a casio that one may easily open by twirling four small phillips screws.

so how did you replace your watch battery?

^ My brother tried to replace his personally, guess what, he broke the watch band and now, he needs to buy the P5K steel watch band from Time Depot if he wants to retain the original look of his casio.

Told him that is why I go to the watch shop. They even have the tools to clean the inside and to re-oil the rubber to ensure the watch stays water resistant.

i now use a solar watch.
i haven't had the need to have my battery re-placed for some time now.
my high forehead is now lusting for a grand seiko spring drive...
but a seiko 5 wouldn't need battery replacement, either.
    heh heh.
    watch lust.. watch lust..

    Buy both doc.

One seiko 5 and one GS. I'm 100% sure they'll both look great on you.

Depends, I had the misfortune of having my Omega battery replaced by an old guy at ATC under a famous watch store. My watch stopped and when I returned it to him after we watched a movie, he said a major part was damaged. Cost me 10k to replace, of course by a different watch store, that guy would not admit of course that he was the one who damaged it.

Sad to hear that sir. Is it an officially certified or a well-known Omega watch repair shop? Para those that have Omega's here will be forewarned.

My watches are not so complicated kaya most watch shop can probably handle them hehe. Casio eh battery lang din papalitan.

Sad story and I hope it won't happen again. This is one example of the reasons why I am leaning on automatic watches despite spending a few minutes to wind and set them before wearing them.

Haha! Yes, doc. It's designed like that. Had to do a double take when they served the coffee. Thanks for the compliment!

I like those watches na ganyan ang kulay(?) My cardio has a rolex of similar design and it really caught my eye, looked so elegant kasi, kung si Dr Cutie lang I will ask for a wrist shot pero hindi ako close sa cardio ko e :P

hahaha! Nasapawan ba ng mug yung relo, pero maganda nga talaga. I get the impression na parang rustic yung vibe ng restaurant. Sana sumagot kung saan.

at pano naman naging wethenorth yung kingofthenorth?

My daily watch. 995 lang. Timex is so underrated but it’s a reliable brand. [emoji1362]
