It's much harder to determine a real one from a fake one through pictures but holding it in the flesh makes for an easier task. Or you could just go to an AD and have it checked.
I find it utterly distasteful to wear a fake watch. Would prefer to wear a legit Seiko SKX than a replica Rolex.
