HELP! BPI Phishing email?

I think I just clicked on a BPI phishing email. I just noticed that the picture is poorly made. The email came from ""BPI Cards" <register*bpicard.ph>" I checked on other BPI emails and it came from info*info.bpicards.ph. The quality of the picture is also much better. I did not enter any information. I just clicked "register" Is this legit? Did anyone else receive this email??? In the legit email of BPI you can click on the "Real Thrills | Contact Us | BPI Cards | BPI Express Online | Unsubscribe" and it will redirect you to the link. Unlike the first email where it is just a picture that direct you to the registration




^When you click on the pic it only directs you the registration which I clicked I am worried since I clicked it maybe it is trying to retrieve my passwords already? I also cannot call BPI now.

Compared to quality of another from email from BPI:

Fishy nga yan. Wala dapat REGISTER NOW button. READ MORE dapat. No harm done naman (yata) if you did not input anything, but I'm not sure. To be safe, change your passwords now.

I just checked my emails again and BPI CARDS (register*bpicard.ph) seems to be a legit email address. But, the emails I received for this starbucks promo never had any REGISTER NOW button.

Now I'm confused.

I'm sure the bpicards.ph is legit but I'm wary of the bpicard.ph It said I will receive the registration after two banking days.

i am always suspicious of any entity that asks me to input personal information to an address or person that i am not familiar with or face to face with.
if you do not stand to lose money, you might stand to have them hack into your email addresses.
soon, your friends will ask you "when you arrived from europe".

Bpi express online servers have been down for several days. I think theyve been compromised. Be careful with your passwords.

I didn't enter any information. I just clicked on register. At first glance the email looked legit. Until I noticed the quality of the "poster" and the clickable links are not clickable like papismith said
