Split Type Aircon: Which is best?

When was the last time it was cleaned? As in spray/pour water over it na cleaning -- hindi lang yun filters. Usually 2x a year if you're near a road.

yung nasa loob ng bahay, at yung nasa labas.

Last 2 months! Under construction pa yung bahay namin na katapat ng bahay din namin ngayon. Pero yung ercon lang na yun mahina sa lahat. The rest are very okay. same units
