    AFAIK Sony is the biggest supplier of CCDs. Lots of brands use Sony CCDs so lots of brands are affected by this Sony CCD defect

    wow, never knew that. hmmm, yung mga CCD na gamit kaya sa mga camera phones, affected din kaya?

    Most cameraphones use CMOS sensors, not CCDs, so are probably not affected. But I think there's a PDA with camera (CCD) that's affected, a Sony Clie I think...

    Kasama yung TRV33 ko ahh pero never naman ako naka experience ng abnormalities. maybe becaused I used it regularly kahit for short time lang..para ma exercised lang ang lens

    Yung cybershot ok naman.

    Sirs, yung S700i ng Sony, CCD lens yata ang gamit, kung hindi ako nagkakamali. Other models, including K700i/750i, W800i, CMOS ang gamit.

    Sony fanatic pa naman ako, buti na lang Canon rinekomenda ko kay utol

    kahit san sony service center puede? yun kasi sony p-8 ko kasama sa list. medyo distorted nga sya pag transfer na sa pc.

    almost 18 months na yung Sony V1 ko..wala naman problema..
    even my old Sony DCRTRV11e...4yrs na...ok pa din..hehehehhe
