i have a recently-acquired a32 5g.
smart retention plan.
i can't use it, as it's smart-locked and wouldn't allow my gomo to function.
where can i have it unlocked, safely?

You can ask Smart nicely especially if the device is already fully paid or even free. My guess is they won't allow it until the retention expires.

Next best thing is to have a cellphone tech hack into it.
