nagulat ako sa move ng Apple... really value for money.

    Processor ng "11"
    Body ng "8"
    Camera ng "Xr"

Same price as the Pixel 4a...

Android/Nexus/Pixel user ako for the longest time, pero if anyone asks me the best budget phone right now... it's the SE 2020

You get years of iOS support

Seriously? A barely 5" single rear 12 MP camera with non-expandable 64GB internal memory? I'd rather buy the Samsung A71.

    sometimes,
    it's not the specifications.
    sometimes, it's the "i'm apple".

Every 1-2 years. If I recall my phone history correctly:

    2006: Nokia 3230
    2007: Nokia 6630
    2009: Nokia N70
    2011: Nokia E71
    2012: HTC Chacha
    2013: iPhone 5
    2015: iPhone 6 + Note 4
    2016: Note 5
    2017: S7 Edge
    2018: S8
    2019: Note 10

Ever since I signed up with Smart Telecom in 2012, I get a new iPhone every 2 years. I am happy with their retention policy.

A71 was released with Android 10 and will probably get Android 11 weeks before Android 12 is released...

Last update nya na din yung Android 11.

1st Gen SE was released with iOS 9 and received iOS 13.4 as the last update.

So if the SE 2020 gets 4 major updates + 1 year security update... halos 5K/year lang yung phone...

Ever since the iPhone 4 - every 2 years.

Minsan kapag naaalala namin ni misis yung past phones namin (WM10 days) sobrang laki ng gastos namin sa phones... halos every year palit (dala ng kabataan)

been changing phones yearly when i started working, but now i have a 2-year old phone. Maybe it's because I was using mid-rangers before (ASUS/Huawei midrange stuff). Switched to Note 8 in 2018. My Note 8 is still functional, and I still think the screen is gorgeous, so I might be having difficulties parting with it. The note 10 design is not attractive to me.

The iPhone SE’s (1st gen) chassis came from the 5 series platform which many believes (still) belong to the Steve Jobs era.

The first release of the iPhone 6 was made famous by the “bend gate” controversy. However, Apple corrected this on the 6s onwards.

iPhone 12 is back to iPhone 5's design. Looks really nice IMO.

If verified, parang homage kay steve jobs if patterned from the 5 series platform.
