    happens when you get "curious" about a promo, hehe that's what happened to me, wanted to download an Usher ring tone before but di pwede dahil SAP ako... Then di ko na naalala tanggalin.

    Need to know the following information from the subscriber:

    1. Status of the complaint.
    2. Type of VAS (i.e. keyword and access code used).
    3. Mobile number of the complainant.

    or

    from mobile dial *888 for easy access to Customer Care Hotline.

    ang alam ko, may mga commands yan (o kaya via Smart Zed) na maglilist kung anong mga services ka nakasubscribe. tapos pwede i-off yan. antayin na lang din natin reply ni silver_corolla.
