    ~built in bluetooth

    DUAL core

    ~100 GB
    ~1024 MB DDR Mem

Depends on the application you will be running. Multi-threaded apps benefit more on duallies. But heck, at Php4K price diff, go for dual core.

dual core na...or the core 2 duo pa if suddenly budget allows.

stuff loads faster on a dual core running at a comparably lower GHz rating that a single core that has faster GHz rating.

Core Duo ka nalang, +20 Gig HD, + 512MB RAM, + Extra processor so to speak ( ) for only 4K its a bargain.

Medyo malapit na rin Kentsfield. Pero IMO, medyo overkill na yun for lappies.

*BoEinG_747: anong dual core ba yan? Core Duo (Yonah) o Core 2 Duo (Merom)?

And yes, may specific na board na kailangan for Pentium D, Core Duo, and Core 2 Duo.

    Pentium D - 915 and above chipsets; socket 775
    Core 2 Duo - 965 & 975; socket 775

TIA

OK yung duallies sa Mac, EXCEPT for their MacBooks (overheating issues). Reliability? Maybe, since they received a ton of raving reviews for their Motorola procies. Speed? Still Intel's crown, AFAIK.

OT na bossing... create ka na lang ng new thread for this.

if you tend to multitask -- e.g. surf the web, watch movies, TV surf, etc. -- dual core may make sense.

better get a good power supply though; suspetsa namin ung ps ang nakasisira ng dual core mobos namin dito sa office.
