Depends, because free wifi would just encourage people to stay longer without necessarily buying more food from the establishment. Given many jollibee branches are crowded as it is, it may not be encouraged. Maybe in the posh mall branches where it is usually not crowded most of the time.

may napuntahan akong isang restaurant, just a small size restaurant. may wifi sila pero hindi daw pinapagamit sa customer. password protected kasi.
