For standard viewing, stay away from curved screens.
With a 200k+, i'd rather get this one, Panasonic TC-65ZT60 viera 3D full hd.
Almost lahat naman na ng flat screens ngayon boasts same features and techs, next thing to consider is the after sales service....

puwesto ka sa harap, left side, right side, etc... view it from different angles.
then try to imagine na rin kung ano ang magiging itsura niya kapag nakakabit na sa wall.
matagal- tagal mo ring gagamitin 'yan, kaya medyo esep- esep talaga. oks ba sir? good luck.
just me din...bigger screen size is not always better
people think TV screen size does matter???? pls check out below...

May mga instances kasi na pagbinili mo na pag dating sa bahay iba na kulay or d ganun ka detailed pala or nahihilo ka after 15mins of watching. Hassle magsoli at palitan ibang brand. Which happened to me by the way.
101 agree... those demo movies were usually computer animated movies.

the 48" curved i saw is P59,899 while the flat 50" is P62,899. both have the same features that i don't have much use for (apps, wlan browser, etc.. smart tv, etc..) but are welcome just in case i need to tinker into it. standard features i guess for the 2015 model.

pa sea cargo mo na lang sir. safer, kasi will require you to make a wooden enclosure.

May dad is working abroad for about 3 decades and isa sa iniiwasan nya ang magpadala ng TV via cargo because of the way they are handling the items you have sent.

LCDs and LEDs. from 21" to 60". all sony bravias. lahat 'yon pina sea cargo ko.

You are lucky sir.
