    Nakaka disappoint ang PLDT, isang linggo na kami wala internet. Ngayon maghapon, as in totally wala, tapos kung tumawag ka naman sa 171 wala ka naman makausap. Puro repair ticket number. Tapos may mag tetext, olay na po ba internet nyo.

    Kinginang mga tao yan. Tapos ang kakapal maningil pero serbisyo nila walang silbli. Mga gahaman sa pera, dapat ang mga utility compabies may service level na standard na sinuaunod kaya lang sila sila din naman nagsasabwatan. Sana mawalan din sila inrermet connection sa mga bahay nola

    Akala ko automatic na sa lahat ng Internet provider na kapag may issue mayroong rebate sa monthly bill..
    Sa Globe, basta may ticket next bill meron rebate sa bill.. Kung hindi man mag-automatic pwede itawag sa Customer Care nila.. Akala ko same lang din sa PLDT, atbp..

    Haha wala. Halos 10 ticket ko sa pldt buwan buwan. Ni singkong duling wala taoos pag di ka nakabayad ng dalawang araw putol agad. Swapang yang Pldt masyado. Siguro marami binibili ng sapatos si Pangilinan na basketball player. [emoji23][emoji1787][emoji23]

    Tested the speed of our fibr earlier this morning and was surprise for the great speed boost our plan is only 10mbpsscreenshot_2021-05-20-06-27-31.jpg

    Yes especially watching netflix in 4K hehe I just check it earlier because pldt kept texting me and even called me the other day to upgrade my current plan.

    I upgraded my 50mbpss to 100mbps with 300 discount end of May. So far consistent sa 30 mbps yung speed. Ilang ulit ko binasa email nila, upgrade nakalagay pero downgrade kinalabasan.

    Your plan is at least 50mbps or 100mbps right now but your only getting 30mbps?

    Yun nga nasa 30 to 40 mbps na lang. Dati umaabot pa ng 100 mbps pag may free boost.

    30MBPS din plan ko but currently getting 100mbps+ right now.
    I think this speed boost will be until May 31 only.
    I am hoping tuloy-tuloy na to since last month of April, they also said na until April 30 lang daw speed boost.

    Dapat ma report po agad if may downtime.
    Mag issue lang sila ng rebate from the time nag report ka po.
    Been doing this ever since may downtime and consistent naman yung rebate nila.
    Yun nga lang, if di mo mareport agad, lost yung downtime days na di mo na report.

    To anyone who is on PLDT Fibr.... are you able to access imgur.com?

    In my tests, all other avenues of access (Globe, VPN to another country) can see imgur.... But not so from "clean" Fibr.

    DNS resolves to it but ping and traceroute fails.

    This is our 50 mbps plan right now.

    With any provider there will be downtime. But at least PLDT has customer service. And in our location they fix the issues promptly. screenshot_20210520-162213_speedtest.jpg

    Need ng pldt, globe and converge to boost their products, naglalatag na ng fiber si Dito.
    Tama lang since tayo makikinabang then walang lilipat sa Dito at malugi ang china telecom!

    Dapat report nyo po.

    Naka ilang ticket nako halo halo na, sa slow internet to billing adjustment.
    From FB, Twitter to 171, mga hindi makagalaw dahil may existing ticket nadaw.
