Big ticket items that I've bought from Lazada was a Lenovo laptop worth about 25k. Didn't have any problem with it. Also bought 2 zenfones, 2 tablets, 1 hp wireless printer, 1 LED monitor.

So far, ang pumalya pa lang was a 19" Samsung LED monitor which was OK when I used it for the first few days but broke exactly on the 7th day. Ni-refund with no further questions as soon as na-receive nila yung item then bumili na lang ako ng ibang monitor from Lazada din.

So, kung worry mo is you'll be cheated of your money then from personal experience I can say that you won't. BTW, credit card gamit ko so I don't know how they refund kapag COD ang mode of payment.

Give them your bank account. Dedeposit nila. I have experience before, gumamit ako ng coupon buying a certain item.

Bago swipe.

Well if may credit card un nalang ang gamitin. At least another layer of protection kapag may defect ang product.

And another important thing, sometimes there are typos in the specs of the unit you are buying. Example ko yung LED monitor.

Although sa return item naman nila pwede mong idahilan na "item is not as expected" or "item is defective" etc.

    No, Don't.
There are lots of shops out there that could beat the price of Lazada. Test/try/audition before you buy. Listening Room (megamall) offers free delivery and installation..they would even pick it up free of charge during warranty claims....
Another things to consider are after sales services and technical support. Like if you wanted your tv to be calibrated and so on....

Sayang at wala na yung physical store ng Sight and Sound sa Shangrila Plaza....that's the best place to shop audio/video equipments...

One thing that worries me though is the warranty, 2 years warranty kasi ang alam ko sa sony and sharp tvs pero dun sa lazada ang nakalagay is 1 year lang. Error lang kaya ito nung seller?

    Thanks sa sasagot! [emoji4]

if the product is brand new, and is a legitimate model in the region that the seller sourced "fair and square", i suppose the manufacturer's standard 2 year warranty is in force.

If it was offered with the same warranty agreement.

you mean to say, the manufacturer will not honor its standard warranty, if the item was not purchased from them but from another seller?

    example.
    "sony".
let us say, sony warranties its products for 2 years.
i buy a sony from lazada, which warranties it for 1 year only.
appliance malfunctions after 3 months. will the local sony repair shop honor the warranty? or do i have to send it back to lazada? what if item malfunctions after 18 months?

Like your example Sony PH din ang seller.

You have to trace who the lazada vendor is and beg for them honor the warranty.

Happened when i bought a canon printer. Canon did not honor the warranty and even billed me with a check up fee since as far as they are concerned, my printer was a gray import.

Never found the vendor from lazada who sold the item.

I you bought it from an authrorized dealer, they will honor. Meron yan warranty certificate doc.

Nakabili ako last year ata ng tv sa lazada for our workers. 5k for 32". Surprisingly maganda naman. Napakalinaw, ok ang audio. Sulit. Kaso nabagsakan ng paninda. Ayun basag lcd. Haha. Sayang.

    - Buying dapat dyan lagi then lagi napupunta sa mall.
