Hi everyone, im planning to buy a new tv and thinking of buying from lazada. Anyone with experience buying tvs, or any big/expensive appliances from them? Yung gusto ko kasi na model out of stock sa ansons eh saka mas mura sa Lazada.

One thing that worries me though is the warranty, 2 years warranty kasi ang alam ko sa sony and sharp tvs pero dun sa lazada ang nakalagay is 1 year lang. Error lang kaya ito nung seller?

    Thanks sa sasagot! [emoji4]

I haven't bought any big item appliance from Lazada and doubt l will. Ang hassle ng return policy if the unit to be delivered is problematic. You can't test it first before accepting the unit, I think

Then bilhin ko na today or bukas. Mga ganung datingan lang sir. Kasi binta na yan e. Sure buyer naman. SM applieance lang ang walang discount talaga.
    .
Pag sabi mo kasi na canvas palang. Hindi pa mag tatanong yan sa manager. Hehe. Then syempre maganda maka usap mo yung mismong sales ng brand na gusto mo..,

Its true anson or abenson nagbibigay ng discounts yan! Just ask for their best offer, then have them give you a piece of paper with contact person and number. Use that para hindi malimutan ung offer in case kelangan mo pag isipan. It helped me nung bumili ako AC i got 2k off the sticker price + 600 GC. I demanded to talk to the same sales guy over the phone and confirmed ung offer is still on the table.

Big ticket items that I've bought from Lazada was a Lenovo laptop worth about 25k. Didn't have any problem with it. Also bought 2 zenfones, 2 tablets, 1 hp wireless printer, 1 LED monitor.

So far, ang pumalya pa lang was a 19" Samsung LED monitor which was OK when I used it for the first few days but broke exactly on the 7th day. Ni-refund with no further questions as soon as na-receive nila yung item then bumili na lang ako ng ibang monitor from Lazada din.

So, kung worry mo is you'll be cheated of your money then from personal experience I can say that you won't. BTW, credit card gamit ko so I don't know how they refund kapag COD ang mode of payment.

Bago swipe.

Well if may credit card un nalang ang gamitin. At least another layer of protection kapag may defect ang product.

And another important thing, sometimes there are typos in the specs of the unit you are buying. Example ko yung LED monitor.

Although sa return item naman nila pwede mong idahilan na "item is not as expected" or "item is defective" etc.

    No, Don't.
There are lots of shops out there that could beat the price of Lazada. Test/try/audition before you buy. Listening Room (megamall) offers free delivery and installation..they would even pick it up free of charge during warranty claims....
Another things to consider are after sales services and technical support. Like if you wanted your tv to be calibrated and so on....

Sayang at wala na yung physical store ng Sight and Sound sa Shangrila Plaza....that's the best place to shop audio/video equipments...

Give them your bank account. Dedeposit nila. I have experience before, gumamit ako ng coupon buying a certain item. Haha
