Hi everyone, im planning to buy a new tv and thinking of buying from lazada. Anyone with experience buying tvs, or any big/expensive appliances from them? Yung gusto ko kasi na model out of stock sa ansons eh saka mas mura sa Lazada.
One thing that worries me though is the warranty, 2 years warranty kasi ang alam ko sa sony and sharp tvs pero dun sa lazada ang nakalagay is 1 year lang. Error lang kaya ito nung seller?
Thanks sa sasagot! [emoji4]

I haven't bought any big item appliance from Lazada and doubt l will. Ang hassle ng return policy if the unit to be delivered is problematic. You can't test it first before accepting the unit, I think

You can see how the price changed before and if it's up you can wait until it will go down or you can ask the seller for a discount! The extention is available just for browser chrome for now! I live outside of Metro Manila and we have limited choices when it comes to shops so ordering items online via Lazada and other sites have become normal for me.
Already bought a few tvs from Lazada. First was sort of an experiment so I only bought a small LCD TV for around 5k pesos, TV was delivered with no issues and still working a couple of years in.
Second purchase was not so good. The model I bought is almost 4k cheaper in Lazada but my order had to be cancelled because of stock availability.
3rd purchase also went well, no issues with delivery and the TV is still working ok.
My advise for prospective buyers is review, review, review before committing to a purchase. Review the particular model well, review the seller and review the reviews left by buyers on the item page. Read the fine print as some of the items that are priced low do not have warranties.
